1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Appliance Repair Guru arranges technician visits for the diagnosis and repair of washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and microwaves at the address you provide.

3. Bookings

When you submit a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and address details. Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp; a booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

4. Pricing and Payment

A diagnostic visit fee applies and is shown before you confirm your booking.
The technician will quote the full repair cost after inspecting the appliance, before any repair work begins.
Payment is due to the technician upon completion of the repair, by cash, UPI or card.
The diagnostic visit fee is adjusted against the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect the availability of same-day slots for future bookings.

6. Warranty

Repairs carried out by Appliance Repair Guru are covered by a 6-month service warranty, limited to the specific issue that was repaired and the part that was replaced. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after the repair.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and to be present, or have an authorized adult present, during the technician's visit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Repair Guru is not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from the customer's electrical or plumbing infrastructure. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
